WebExpertsAI provides AI-powered website creation, hosting, and business tools for small businesses. Our services include website generation, CRM, analytics, invoicing, booking, and related digital business tools.

Preview Websites

WebExpertsAI may create preview websites for businesses using publicly available information. These previews are provided free of charge as a demonstration. Business owners may claim, modify, or request removal of preview sites at any time.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plans with free trials will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide or create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

WebExpertsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
